An approach designed to guide you through your internal and external somatic landscape allowing you to reconnect with SELF and others while building resilience. this approach is excellent for medical and sexual trauma.
Karisa was also trained by Peter Levine in the advanced model of Eye of the Needle which assists with near death experiences.
Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP)
Evidence shows that equine can be a useful method of increasing coherence, finding the felt sense of safety and accelerating traditional therapy. Equine can be added to most available modalities with OHM.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
Attachment Focused and can be offered with or without equine partners. EMDR is evidenced based and utilizes dual attention to assist in navigating difficult experiences leading to more empowerment.
SEGAN The Sensory Mosaic of Healing
Traumatic memories often get encoded in our sensory systems blocking grief and causing a loss of lifeforce. SEGAN was developed by Ana Do Valle, OT as a sensory way to grieve and integrate allowing greater resolution.
Post Induction Therapy (PIT) and Attachment Based Therapy
PIT was created by Pia Mellody and her model on developmental trauma. This assists in improving relationships and coming into greater connection
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Designed to help individuals manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and reduce self-destructive behaviors. DBT combines acceptance strategies with practical skills training in mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
